Jalapeno Poppers

- Preheat oven to 450.
- Remove stems & seeds from peppers and slice in 1/2 lengthwise.
- In small bowl, mix cream cheese & pepperjack.
- Fill each pepper half with the cheese mixture.
- Wrap 1/2 slice bacon around each pepper half.
- Place on a non-stick baking sheet and bake for 5-15 mins until bacon is cooked/heated through.
