Jalapeno Poppers

  • 3 jalapenos
  • 3 slices NSA bacon
  • 2oz shredded pepperjack cheese
  • 2oz cream cheese
    1. Preheat oven to 450.
    2. Remove stems & seeds from peppers and slice in 1/2 lengthwise.
    3. In small bowl, mix cream cheese & pepperjack.
    4. Fill each pepper half with the cheese mixture.
    5. Wrap 1/2 slice bacon around each pepper half.
    6. Place on a non-stick baking sheet and bake for 5-15 mins until bacon is cooked/heated through.
